I have been cooking since I was 13 years old. In 2005, I started a B&B, Harmony Hill of Clermont. I like to joke that I did so because I didn't have enough people to cook for. One of my guests told me, "Forget the B&B! Open a restaurant!" Gluten-Free Dessert Kitchen was born and morphed into Ellen's Country Kitchen where we sell our food at Farmers Markets...
I am passionate about cooking for people who like to eat good food. I started out baking gluten-free in 2008 but never liked to encourage people to eat sweets. In early 2016, I became a health coach and have funneled my passion into cooking nutrient-dense, locally sourced high-quality food for others.
Our menu and food are thoughtfully created and prepared to assure eating well in a way that complements good health.
